Today we were having the church pastor coming over for dinner so I convinced my dad that we should make chesseburgers for dinner. I went to the store and bought ground beef. I seasoned it with salt, pepper, goya all seasoning powder, chayenee, garlic powder and onions. Then I made the ground beef into disk shaped. I then placed the patties onto the grill with a tempature of 375 degrees and let it cook for around 4 mins each side. Here is the outcome. Before I did not realize how quick it was to make burgers. When I had tasted it I disliked it. I had accidently bought some kind of vegetarian beef or something cause the burger was not as good as I expected it to be. This burger would have been a success if I had bought the better kind of beef but atleast I learned something new, do not buy vegetarian beef.

I wanted to cook something new so I decided to make breakfast. I asked my mom what her favorite breakfast was and she said pancakes so thats what I made. I did not want to make a basic pancake so I found a recipe online that looked good. First I placed cut bananas, almonds, oats, egg, milk, and crushed cinnamon into a blender to blend for around 20 secs. Then I put olive oil onto the pan and placed a small batch of pancake liquid onto the pan. I allowed the pancake to be cooked for around 4 mins then flipped it over and cooked for around 1 min. I ended up making around 15 pancakes for my family and they loved it. This is how the pancakes looked like.
For today I decided to make a quick dinner. The basic chicken and rice combo but topped with a scauce, my dad walked me through step by step. First I started cooking some chicken breasts and seasoned it with blackpepper and salt. Before cooking I put cooking oil and cooked it for 4 mins each side. Next I diced some onions and fried them for like 2 mins I forgot. I put in the cooked chicken in with the diced onions now it was time to make the scauce my dad was going to walk me through. My Dad said it was a Dominican dish so I was excited to taste it. We added cream milk, ground black pepper, Garlic, peppers, and tomatoes to make the scauce and this is how it looked like. It looks unappetizing but it was actaully really good and by the time the chicken and scauce were ready to eat the rice I had cooked was also ready. I think I did a good job with this basic dinner and my dad was a huge help with the scauce here is the final product
For my next dish I am going to make italian spicy spahggeti. First I cooked some chicken along with rose mary. Then I started on making the scauce. The scauce was made of half and half milk, tomatoe paste, peppers, mozzerela cheese, onions, and a bunch of spices. I then started to boil pasta for around 10 mins Now that the pasta was ready I placed it and mixed with the scauce I made earlier The spaghetti was good but the only problem was it was way too spicy. I had put too much ground cayenne pepper. Even my Mom who loves spicy food thought it was way too spicy which meant something. I decided to recreate it and made it less spicy with a different type of pasta. The second attept was a success and was just a little spicy and tasted delicious. I will for sure make this recipe again in the future.
So I decided to make another dessert. This time I was going to make a milk shake. This was a simple recipe. I cut up some bananas and strawberries and placed it into a blender along with crushed cinnamin, little ice, and organic honey. I then blended those ingredients for 15 secs. Once it was well blended I added whip cream crushed oreos and an oreo The milkshake tasted delicious but I gave it to my lil sis who was eyeballing it so hard.
For my next dish I decided to make a dessert. I was then inspired by the starbucks cakepop and decided to recreate it using chocolate. First I placed crushed up chocolate oreas without the cream into a blender and a little milk. (forgot to take pics) I then made the blended oreas into spheres and stabbed them with tooth pics for each one. I crushed up and microwaved chocolate hersheys. I then dressed the sphere oreas with melted hersheys and place them into the oven for 15 mins. This dessert was a success and tasted delicious.
For my next dish I decided to make some tacos. First I made a scauce that I saw on a tiktok video that was made from water and different types of peppers, spices, salt, herbs and other ingredients. I blended it to make sure it was well mixed. Then I started cooking the meat I was going to use for the tacos. I also seasoned it with garlic, pepper, and salt. Once the meat was cooked I minced and placed meat in double wrapped tortillas along with onions, cheese, and cilantro. I then put the scauce I had made into a steamer and placed prepared tacos in there aswell and put it to a simmering temperture. I left the tacos in there for about 20 mins and here is the result This cooking session was a success and parents and siblings loved it. Something I could have done better was figure out a more appropiate yeild as I had not thought about that and ended making around 25 tacos.
For my first dish I decided that I am going to attept to make a pepperoni pizza Now that I got got my ingredients It was time to start. First I Flatted out the premade dough for the base of the pizza. I then added tomato pastse onto the flattend dough along with shredded parmesian cheese and pepperoni. It was then time to place the pizza into the oven. I was not sure exactly how long the pizza should stay in the oven for so I just checked up on it every 15 mins. The pepperoni pizza was a success. It has a good taste and my parents and siblings also thought it was good.
